I read the comments about the management and fully agree. New office employee's start out being nice but are quickly trained to be rude by the manager. The grounds and maintenance crews are great and will help you but forget the office.

I've been here for over 10 years and have learned to adapt. Guest parking is best in the Marina. Facilities are lacking - I joined a nearby fitness club to have access to well maintained sauna, whirlpool, etc. The Jacuzzi is a joke - very dirty, luke warm. Parents use it as a baby pool - no telling what is in the water. Pool water is never changed and filters/pool are never correctly cleaned. I'd rather swim in the Marina.

Management even locked out residents from using the club room. You must now rent it for $100 or so plus deposit. Management also discourages tenent communications and removes notices posted to boards.

The Marina is a great place to be and the rents are OK compared to other apts.

Noisy boat people are a problem. Beware of looming construction noise (pile drivers - all day long) in the near future.
