I have lived at Mariners Bay for 6 years and I will live here for 6 more if I can! Whoever reviewed the Management as negative, probobly causes problems or pays late and wants to blame the building. This Management is always upgrading the building and working on the ammenities we are offered by living here. I myself, adn anyone I know in the building have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with the office. In order to maintain this building and the caliber of people who continually live here, speaks for itself. Kudos to you in the office!!
