I want to say that this is the best apartment community in the marina! I've lived here for 5 years. I absolutely love all of my neighbors, they are all very friendly. This place is so great to live in I know a couple of people here that have lived here for 20 years. It is such a quiet place to live also, only thing I hear at night are the masts clinging on all of the sailboats. The maintenance staff is great too, things are taken care of right away. Over the years I've gotten to know the office staff and find them very friendly and accomodating.
