We are trapped in our own roach motel. Seriously years I have brought it to their attention. I couldn't have any food in the house that wasnt in the fridge or freezer.
Now we are living with a tent draped over the building.

So much for luxary living.
This place is a dump.

The manager, well she is a piece of work and out to be sent to jail for the way she runs the place.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. I asked to get out of my lease 4 months early based on the roaches (every day I must kill at least 3) but they told me they are not letting me out of my lease.

No way should anyone sign a year lease. They are criminals.

Oh and yes there is a sex offender here and he takes part of any function. I cringe whenever I see him near children.

I can't wait for this to end!

What this moron neglected to mention is that he's not living in a "tent", they recently tented the building as an extermination for the entire complex, no one was living here when that happed we all had to stay elsewhere while they did this. So no more bugs here! :-) I have lived here for some time and I really like this place. I don't know what functions this person is referring to that this sex offender goes to. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience here. The pool is fantastic!! The office personnel are great and very helpful anytime I need anything done.

yeah, and what you are not mentioning is the fact that we had to MOVE OUT for 4 days for them to tent the place. OK, there was no way around this, right? But how about refunding us for hotel and moving expenses? They discounted $30.00 per day from my rent...Do you know of any hotels for the price? Also, how about what I had to pay to have all the plants from my apartment removed? Do you think they offered help to older people living alone? And yes, we do not have any "functions" and we should not have a sex offender living here either!!
