Ok well granted I only moved in this month, but so far I see no roaches, I have a BEAUTIFUL view, I wake up happy every morning just looking out my window and I come home smiling ever night just thinking about gettting back to my beautiful little home. My husband and I spend out weekends on the beach sun bathing (even though it is late October!!) and bike riding or roller blading down to Venice and the Santa Monica pier. In short I love lving here, it has even improved our marriage (like a second honeymoon :) It's like being on permanent vacation!
So far so good, although I must say I did check about the sexual preditor issue and it seems that is accurate informatio, so I will need to be careful but so far so good.
