Policed on foot to make sure they write enough tickets hourly yet I could not get a neighboring drug dealer out for 6 months despite numerous complaints. They want high rises so they abuse the people currently there. Harrassment on the phone happens to me almost monthly by the management. You haven't paid (when they couldn't find my check they had for a week), you can't have anyone else in your place because of liability (I offered to pay liability insurance and they just got angry and refused to talk anymore), I never felt so abused by a leasor in my life. The harbor is losing boats daily because of the aggressive management attitude and Byzantine ordinances that lock you into a slip and will not let you sell your boat.
