Nice looking, too noisy, lousy management

Mariners Village looks really pretty, and the flats look nice. Once inside however you can hear everything the walls are thin, and if you have loudish neighbours your're screwed. The managment (resident services) are rude, obnoxious and slow at getting things done. In short complete wankers.
