I do not recommend this complex to any one. the managment is hoorible. Each time you walk into the office your treated as if your borthering them. The best thing here is the channel. Beware of termites. My roomate was awakened by her bed full of them. We were then not properly taken care of. The best they could do is tell us to move. The have incovenced us in ways unimaginable. The manger has no problem lying to your face. other nieghbors also have termites. And 2 of are nieghbors that we now of have MOLD. Mold was living behind one neighbors wall who knows where else it is. This is a very very old building in which they think renovatting will cover that up. But they have such deep problems that this building needs to be knocked down. it is not a healthy enviroment I put money on it. The leasing office is wonderful but DONT BE FOOLED. because once you move in yopur dealing with the crazy residential office and they dont know what there doing. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL the amenities and view will fool you but it's not worth it. quick note: notice how each time on the property there's at least 3 moving trucks.HMMMMMM. and they charge per a month for a 2nd parking spot when you pay for 2 bedrooms. They are evil.
