RENTER BEWARE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Leasing office will do anything to move you in. Once you're in it's a nightmare and you?re on your own. Resident Services is a joke; they are rude, obnoxious and poorly trained, absolute lack of customer service. Walls are poorly insulated and you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Good luck with parking, if lucky you will get a spot under your building, if not, prepare to walk a block to the next building. Guest parking is practically non-existing. High levels of noise due to never-ending construction and big trucks moving in and out ALL the time. Moving and maintenance trucks illegally parked in ?No Parking? zones make it very difficult to reach your parking spot. Units lack ventilation, have a fan ready for the summer it gets really hot. When you move in, they hand you a check- list for you to fill out, BEWARE when moving out, get ready for a white glove inspection, they will nickel and dime you to death. They have an ?inspector? whose sole job is to find the smallest speck of dust, scratch inside the kitchen cabinets, smudge on the wall, even streaks on the mirror, I am not kidding, they will do everything in their power to keep your security deposit, he will literally turn the stove and the fridge inside out and get on all fours to inspect the carpet. When moving out, ask for copies of EVERYTHING, don?t be fooled by their smile and friendliness, they will lie to your face. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, REGRET MOVING IN.
