The people who own this complex are evil. There have been many rapes in the laundries and parking lots, lots and lots of auto vandalisms and thefts, and lots of break ins, often where the inhabitants were raped and robbed. Many of the break ins are inside jobs by the maintenance staff who keep the keys after they change the locks. You can always tell when there has been a serious crime as the management has two security guards stand by the front gate for about a week then pretends it never happens. People have been trying to get them to put up security gates for 20 years and they won't. Even though the rapes and robberies continue. Before you move in here do a search for how many serious law suits they've had. And then there was the time during the eighties, where Mariner's Village had a serious termite problem, and the owners decided to ignore that too. ....until several of the balconies near the main pool collapsed with people standing on them who were seriously injured. It looks beautiful here but the people who own it are slumlords.

This person is false on these allegations. And should be sued for slander. I'am a resident and I am apauled that people live here with this type of hate. And it is a shame they live in my beautiful community.
