I live at the Mariners Village and I am at this site because last weekend a man named "Jay", who identified himself as a "concerned neighbor" knocked at my door. He told me how awful the Mariners Village is and the proof was at this site. He said "everyone hates it here and wants to sue". He told me that if I called in any complaint to the leasing office that no one would help me because they don?t care about tenants. He said he is trying to get tenants together to sue.
I?ve checked out this site and granted it seems like there are some people who have a legitimate problem. I am writing because overall, I have been happy here. It has been my experience that the office has taken care of anything I have needed. The maintenance guys are helpful and do a good job. And there are always great parties for the tenants.
If you live at the Mariners Village and are visiting this site because "Jay" knocked on your door too, why not say you are happy with the place if you are' It is the holiday time. A time to be neighborly and kind to one another not a time to look for lawsuits! If you are at this site because you are thinking of moving to the Mariners Village then judge for yourself and you?ll be happily surprised. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
