Before signing a lease with mariners village I saw this site and ignored statements regarding poor parking, theft, deposit loss and noise figuring there will be complaints from individuals anywhere. After one year I moved out because of the high cost and lack of sleep resulting from relentless noise!!! If you do choose to move here avoid living near the entrances. THe apt was left in immaculate condition..no holes, no wear and tear. They said painting was required and retained over 30% of my deposit. Its been over a month and i have yet to see the remainder (by law they are reqd to have paid w/in 21 days) - painting was definitely not required by me to pay - i didnt even hang pictures. I left four unanswered messages; in hindsight i wish I had taken heed to the warnings since I will now have to have the courts arbritrate the situation. In short, E&S Ring (the prop management) are crooks - make certain you CYA when signing and be certain to document EVERYTHING.
