My first apartment was on Northwest Passage for about 5 years. Then I transferred to Old Harbor right on the channel for another 5 years. Both apartments offered something different but were both spectacular. I love reading some of these reviews. Neighbors making noise' Yes, buy a house. Bad maintenance' I never experienced that. They were always prompt. But, if you do not leave permission to enter on the voicemail, they will not enter. I don't know what people expect. I absolutely love the grounds. This was my favorite, and after I got married, my husband's favorite place we ever lived. Unfortunately, the rent went up about $600 when they were remodeling on the channel and I just couldn't afford to stay any longer. Now I have a lovely duplex across from the beach. But trying to get my landlord to repair anything can take months and threat of calling the city. Another thing I love about the Marina - it is County. Very clean and well maintained.
