STAY AWAY!!!!
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 6/21/2005
Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
- Horribly constructed units: avoid all but the upper floors. We feel like we're living under a constant 8.0 earthquake!
- Management is inept and unresponsive. It took them about 5 wks to replace a side lock on our building, requiring us to go all the way around to the 2nd entrance (a huge inconvenience if you were unloading groceries or something). And when they fixed it, it was so half-assed, they actually wrote on the lock, with a black marker(!), so you'd know which direction to turn the key.
- The parking is a pain in the ass. No guest parking and not nearly enough parking even for the paid tenants. If you don't mind paying $2-$3k a month for a 2 bedroom but getting only 1 spot, and you enjoy having to search for a spot across the street at 2 a.m., off site and 10-minutes walks from your apartment, then you'll love this place!
- The ONLY good things about this place: a decent gym, nice landscaping, and a great waterside location. Other than that, STAY AWAY!!!!!
