I am a resident at MV and a friend of mine recently came looking for an apartment here ,loved what he saw and put down a deposit . However when he got home, he came to this site and saw the percentage rating and some of the untrue negitive comments here and decided to cancel his deposit. How completely unfortunate (and rather foolish) that he based his decision on what he read here. People need to realize that they will NOT get a valid opinion good OR bad on this site because ANYONE can post here and can post MULTIPLE TIMES with DIFFERENT screenames!
All anybody has to do is walk around the beautiful grounds and ask anybody lounging around one of the four gorgeous pools or having a bite to eat at the bistro or picking up their dry cleaning THEIR opinion!! And if crime is a concern GET THEE TO THE SHERRIF STATION! Crime reports are public domain and they will be more than happy to let you in on the (lack of) crime in the area!
Ive lived here 6 years and it is BY FAR the BEST place I have lived! But dont take my word for it... :)
