The writer of the previous post must have been living somewhere else. This place is by far the best apartment I have ever habitated ;) The atmosphere is totally relaxed and the people in the office are great (and the guy in the leasing office is totally cute also..cant remember his name though). I am so glad I live here.

The waterfront units are great if you are rich, though they might get some noise from LAX. Third floor units are great with the high ceilings. I was on the first floor with sewerage backing up in my tub, 4 times in the year I was there. Once to the point of overflowing.
