I signed a year lease, and then they wanted me to sign another year lease or pay an extra $250 per month to go Month-to-Month. Is that to treat a good tenant that paid on time for one year. Even worse, my unit was termite infested, and had bugs running aroung a lot. I am a very clean person, so the bugs were not because I am a slob. One day I came home and found over 200 dead termites in my bedroom by the window. There were also some alive crawling in the room. All the offered to do was treat the wood, whcih does not solve the problem.

Bottom line, DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS PLACE!!!
