Horrible management. Read LA Weekly article about owner. He's got connections to city hall which explains why he can afford to treat his residents so poorly.

Move elsewhere is my recommendation.

My kids would like a day at the beach but we cant afford to go. Can they just splash around and lay by all the sand in your ------?
