LIberal Dog Policy at Mariner's Village

On paper, Mariner's Village does not allow dogs (except for a handful that were grandfathered in from the time dogs were allowed).
However, here's an inside secret on how to get away with having a dog at Mariners Village;
With rents skyrocketing and units emptying out, Mariners Village will turn a blind eye to dog ownership despite the policy.
You might get a letter threatening eviction if you're caught, but there's really no follow-up, just an empty threat, because there's nothing they can do once you move in.
It costs them more to evict you, re-furbish the unit and rent it out again. It's cheaper for them to keep you.
So, no need to worry, if you have dog. Just bring the little critter. Trust me, nonone's going to evict you. Besides, they need the money.

I'm happy they allow liberal dogs.
Especially with how the current conservative administration is ruing our country.
We need MORE liberal dogs!!
