Cheep and Greedy Management

The only thing the management care about at Mariners Village is keeping the grounds pretty in order to seduce new suckers to move in, as this is the most profitable way to make money as looking after exisiting tenants is too expensive due to the whole building needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything including snoring, the locals call it Maintenance Village, and there are constant plumbing problems (no water all day last christmas for example), and endless security problems and thefts, The rents are raised up to $200 a year with very little spent in return, and when you give up and move out they charge you for the renovation of your apartment for the next tenant with the now notorious 'white gloves inspection' where they nickle and dime you to death. If you do move in, when they have you sign the first property inspection....bring a lawyer...or at least a freind who looks like they could be one, it will save you a ton of money when you move out.
