I have been here for a little less then a year and have lived in many apartments before including others in the marina and their managment is the worst. We have had nothing but trouble with their complete and utter embarassment of a managment team. They have no accountability what so ever and continuelly bounce the blame to each other while nobody fixes the problem. My covered parking spot sat below a bunch of pipes which of course started to leak on my car cutting right through the wax and dulling the paint. They "fix it" and about six weeks later it starts leaking again. After MULTIPLE attempts/calls/emails to get it fixed, (nobody ever showed up) they finally moved my spot down down the corridor. About three weeks later I come home at night to find someone parked in my spot, security tells me that the vehicle is too big to tow with the low ceiling, so sorry. So I have to pay for parking. I come to find out the next day that they gave my parking spot to a new resident who lives on the water so I guess I am some low life because I don't live on the water. So I have to call them the next day, of course and I am told by the manager that they will pay me for my parking and send me a gift certificate for 25 dollars. She was "putting it right in the mail" 8 weeks later nothing ever arrived. These people are completely useless and do not care in the least bit about existing tennents and should not keep their jobs. I am a regional manager with a huge hospitality company and I would personally fire any of my staff acting this way, so obviously this comes from the top. I will say that the grounds are beautiful and the security are abundant and friendly. The location is great but visitor parking is almost non existant. I wish I was treated with even just a little bit of respect so I could stay here, but I will not at the end of my lease.
