We've lived here for 5 years, and haven't had any real problems here. Each time we might need something fixed, we get it fixed right away. The staff are very friendly to us, and the landscape on the property is very well maintained. They always give us sufficient notices when they need to do work on the property and are very good about following up on complaints or noises. Call it good Karma... or good neighbors and a good building! We think the management very good too. It's great being right next to the beach and on the harbor, and it's great when they have community events like wine tasting parties, or breakfasts, etc. It's hard to give up the extra amenities that come with this place, like the multiple pools, clubhouse, library, deli, and gym! I've read other reviews from other communities, and it's scary to even think of leaving a place that's treated us so well.

No, actually we're not from management nor do we work on the property. We're just happy people living here and we're just "keeping it real!" We're looking for a bigger apt. and when we looked around at other properties, it made us realize how much we like living here. Some may be newer with upgrades, but we haven't found one that's as well maintained as this one nor one that comes with as many ammenities. We've been fortunate to receive good service and appreciate the 4 pools (so we're not all crowded around 1). The gym is actually a pretty good size and most other properties only have a small room for their gym. We also like the library the clubhouse, the movie room, and the location! Again, call it good karma, but we can't really complain when we've got so much here and we're so close to the beach! The kids park is also only a few blocks away and we feel safe living in here this community and neighborhood. If you're not happy here, then leave. If you look around, you might just realize how nice it really is to be living here.

i lived at MV fm 95-00 and i loved the place - but that was before the end of via marina was so over built with homes - 'the golden ghetto' i wanted to move back last year but iam afraid when we have 'the big one' that part of marina del rey may end up under water-its called liquifaction people and its scary-esp when u only have 2 ways out-via marina or pacific which will be jammed packed with cars fleeing the area
