this place was such a disaster, I stayed there in August of 2006. There were many other little issues and it was incredibly loud and generally dirty. If you just walked around and glanced at it there it may seem clean enough but once you are staying in an apartment and there are bugs everywhere you will realize otherwise. The worst part was that you could tell it had been a problem for awhile and they just tried to vacuum up the bugs. I had already paid for a month while I was looking for a permanent apartment but I only ended up staying there for 7 days... literally a nightmare. (the worst bug issues seem to only be if you are near the street side because of all of the landscaping, so if you are facing the courtyard or pool areas you might be spared.)
