Don't listen to the staff, the fleas are not only in the units but all over the grounds. Some tenants don't seem to mind, suggesting that I would get used to it. Well I'm sure I could get used to sleeping in a cardboard box too but I don't plan on it.

The apartments and hallways are musty and moldy. You can hear everyone's conversations as you walk down the hall. The only possible plus are the well maintained tennis courts. The gym is in decent shape but it's not regulated by anyone so a bunch of jocks were in there working out without their shirts on and sweating all over everything. The pool area is like romper room. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The price break isn't worth the drastic dip in quality of life.
