needs updating, great views

Peaceful setting if you love the harbor and marina. Old buildings, leaky faucets, needs a lot of updating. Many water line breaks and electric line problems due to age of marina. But I love the serenity and the view.

The main water pipe around the property was replaced in 2003. (It was the county's pipe, not the building's) The electric problem was Edison's. It lasted 2 weeks and was fixed over 3 years ago!
