not worth your money

We moved into Tierra del Rey 2004. The rent is high. The apartment is spacious and the front desk is courteos. The location is perfect.
However, the "spa" pool has been broken more often then working, my drier had to catch on fire before they would come and fix it, several of the outside gates are open and/or broken (going on 5 months now), the pool gates are always ajar, maintenance requests take from 2-5 months to get completed . . .
In summary, it is not the worry free luxury apartments they are advertising to the public.
