I have lived at Tierra del Rey for a very long time. I have lived in many other buildings in the Marina and this is one of the best. I have loved living here and have felt safe 90% of the time. The Management and Staff are EXCELLENT!! Most of the people who live here are long time residents. The only issues are inexpensive doors which all the new buildings in the area have problems with after years of wear. Can't escape crime anywhere even in MDR. At times, day time street noise with resent construction can be annoying and day time heavy traffic on Redwood. Phase 2 is very quiet. I never hear any neighbors through the walls. Excellent quality tenants. Security Guards at night. Great pool area. Resident business office with use of telephone, conference room and 2 computers with internet. Building is pretty well kept. Cats and Dogs welcome. Again, Management and staff are AWESOME!! You will be happy here.
