Mixed bag. Chipper staff, poor maintenance.

The staff here is very chipper. They will say absolutely yes to any request, but follow through can be very iffy.
The maintenance and actual fixtures in each apartment is shoddy. Doors squeak, paint is splotchy, cabinets are a bit crooked, walls a bit cracked, etc.
Great location, very pretty from the outside, but like many other apartment complexes, they squeeze money by installing the cheapest fixtures and materials and hire the cheapest labor. But it's still better than most apartments I've seen.
