new management's attitude

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I will move out because of a relocation otherwise I would stay here. The new management is really bad. Bad attitude, careless about the people that are putting into the apartments. Very different situation from the old Holly/Lucy team. I don't feel like home anymore. But the apartment anyways are great in my opinion. Decent size gym, assigned parking, nice and most of the time quite pool.
Bad things are: the business center has 1 very old, very slow pc "working" over 2 available. The second one was always locked with an unknown password and now is finally broken. Manage responds with weeks of delay to mantainance calls. I had a malfunctioning dishwasher for 3 months, a broken cheap disposer twice for several weeks before they fixed it (after I threaten them not to pay the rent for those days). Construction materials are definetely cheap, but the carpet that is still in good conditions after 1 year and a half and washed every 3 months).
I don't know about deposit refund after moving because I'm still here. I guess I will post an update if they dare to hold anything...
Besides the management, I would say that it's a nice safe place to live in.
