==========
I lived here for a year. Now I'm sad to be moving out.

It's very quiet, amenities are nice, location is great.

Didn't deal with the management, they didn't seem too friendly though.

I definitely recommend this place if you can afford the price.

But all of that changed when 4 cars were broken into in our "ultra secure" gated garage with security patrol. Management did nothing about it, they weren't even sorry. This is not the first time this is happening, just a few weeks ago a car was stolen from the same garage. Well then, I'm glad to be moving out. And I'm changing this review to a pretty negative one.

It was sad that cars were broken into. But that's the reality of modern life, the economy's sag, not necessarily the management. They weren't even sorry? Find that hard to believe. Notices were posted, warning us of the problem. The gates appear to be working properly. Not much else anyone can really do but exercise caution. We're responsible for ourselves.

When there's gated parking with a security guard on patrol in addition to cameras, multiple break-ins in a month would deserve a better answer than what they did. Which is absolutely nothing. They did not even post notices at first and actually removed the one that was posted by someone whose Porsche was stolen. I'd expect them to take appropriate measures after the first car. They didn't. Then why would I pay for that gated parking, patrol and cameras? Guess what, I don't anymore and I'm 10x happier with my place than Tierra. Oh and nobody broke into my vehicle even though it's out in the open and is a much better one than I had at Tierra. I recommend everyone to look elsewhere and be careful about management posting reviews disguised as tenants.
