During the five years I lived here, this place has degenerated from being a "past its prime" but reasonably priced apartment complex to a dorm-dump. The units are getting down-right nasty, with very poor plumbing and regular roof leaks. The managers of the property are really, seriously, jerks. They could not even care less about tenants, and if you move out, they will just replace you with college kids. Look around, there has to be something better than this place. I am very happy I escaped.
