Great Location, Good Price, Good Unit, Dumpy Building

Lived here for about a year and I loved it. Our unit had fresh paint, new carpet, and great (albeit old) appliances. The building is old, and a little run down, and the plumbing was a problem twice. But the management was receptive, and always fixed our requests in a timely manner. If you want granite counter tops and a Viking kitchen, move somewhere else. This place is a bargain, not luxurious. But I enjoyed myself. Guest parking was a problem if left to last minute. But you could always ask in advance and management would have another spot.

I define working appliances as great, even if they are old. It sounds like you're dissatisfied and should probably move. Although I imagine you'll find something wrong with your next place. I'm surprised you find guest parking problematic. If your disposition is as charming as your response its amazing you would have guests.

My disposition is based on the fact you are making no sense, and don't appear to know what you are talking about. Considering you can't stay in one place for a full year, it seems pretty obvious to me you don't have a lot to say about any place you have lived at. Thanks for the "great" comments.
Also, thanks for clarifying that you have NO answers to any of the comments I made by resorting to childish insults.
I think you are probably a shill for the apartment with this kind of attitude, since the managers seem to resort to personal insults and rudeness in their behavior as well.
As for guests, well...I am not a transient like you, so I actually do have meaningful relationships in my life.
