(user photo) nice electrical conduit and outlet hanging down from garage ceiling... it's not grounded, you touch it, your in for a big shock!

This place has not fixed anything in the place for decades. Its old, run down, poorly maintained.

*parking is horrible
*staff is not helpful
*buildings are old
*they try to enforce a 60 day notice to move out( which will never go to court because it is impossible to file suit against a tenant because they provided adequate notice to leave at the end of their lease. )

That's right folks, a 60 day move out clause. Think about how hard it will be to move on with your life, with that around your neck. You will probably lose your security deposit as a result...
