Surprisingly Happy here - We moved here site unseen because the rent is month to month. Figured we could look around and find something better. Sure, there are much newer and better apartments in the area, but no kidding... twice the rent! That, plus the fact that we love our big patio (haven't found anything like it in the area) is making it really hard to leave.
