The apartments are new and pretty, but it is a new management staff that does not have its act together. Rules change constantly, and every where you look their are lengthy notes with new rules. Makes you feel like somebody is watching you! Getting maintenance or answers on things are painful, and they will do everything they can to bleed money out of you so proceed with caution when considering this place.

We are a brand new community in Marina del Rey. We find new opportunities and situations every day that we have not experienced before. If we change or update a policy, it is for the benefit of the community. We listen to our residents every day when it comes to their questions and concerns. Most of the policy updates comes from the suggestions of your fellow neighbors combined with our research. We would like this community to remain pristine. Our rents are higher here than most, but that is because we have the most to offer in amenities, service and quality.
