High standards in the beginning with lots of high end tenants...six months later, the rent dropped and so did the quality of the tenants...feels and sounds like an inner city apartment complex. Maintenance and cleaniness is substandard at best...and that's on a good day. Bottomline, great start for a property with tremendous potential but currently on a continous downward glide slope with multiple tenants per apartment "home". I will give it 2-years before it is totally trashed unless management takes charge of the situation and start to value the property.
