The fire alarm in this building goes off on average once every two weeks (for at least the 4 months I've lived here), usually around 11-12 at night or 4:30-5:30 in the morning. Management claims all the fire alarms have been legitimate, but this defies reason. The alarm is so loud, neighbors have complained about the building. Most residents don't even evacuate when it goes off any more. We have to hide in the bathroom--the only room that does not have an alarm repeater. Stay away unless you don't like to sleep.
I gave one star in the rating for maintenance for the fire alarm problem, but there is one guy, Denny, who does maintenance who is really attentive and follows up quickly when you report problems. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
