If you had problems with the staff then it is probably because of you. Our experiance with the staff has been wonderful. They are so helpful. We have been treated with respect every step of the way. And when there was a problem they went out of their way to help correct it. I can't belive all of the bad reviews that I have read. You people have some issues. Are you kidding me??? The staff is the WORST staff I have ever encountered. They do NOT treat anyone with respect ever. The fact that the tenants pay rent you would think that would count for something but not at Marina Pointe. And to critize the people that post on this website, HELLO, did you notice that you wrote on this website as well??? Good for you that you were one of the only tenants that I have encountered that have had a positive experience. Ask around the positives at Marina Pointe apartments are very few and far between! And the consensus when it comes to the staff is highly negative!

No I am not an employee. I just know that I had a great experiance. All I see is a couple of bad reviews that almost influenced our decision had we not actually gone and cheched it out for ourselves. I am in no way trying to look down on anybody. I just know that a persons attitude affects how they may be treated. Marina pointe and it's staff do not deserve the personal attacks. The grounds were nice and the apartment is nice. I had a good experiance and I think that people deserve to hear both sides.

hahahah yea, that's right. Everyone who posted the negative reviews about Marina Pointe has issues. I think everyone here who post a bad review should just take back what they said because they people obviously have no idea of what they're talking about and you're the only one with a clue...

Dear FamilyRenters: Live here as long as we have, deal with the ill behavior of the ever changing office staff who find it more important to recarpet and repaint their lobby than to deal with the drug dealing taking place on the premises right in front of their eyes on the new orange chairs they've purchased. Last summer we had 5 BMW car owners come out to find their cars on cinder blocks, rims AND tires stolen, lets not forget the federal agent who was shot here and bloodied in the D building. The tenant, an escapee, had a video camera mounted outside his apartment, and management never noticed it. Way to go!!!
