I lived here for a couple of years while I was in college. If you are an adult looking to move in here, don't do it. The building is extremely expensive and not worth the money. The noise from loud partying, inconsiderate people. While security is pretty good about going and telling people to shut up, management never did anything to punish people so why do they care'

The management, including Archstone, is rude, inconsiderate, and incredibily incompetent. They could never take care of anything on time, and I finally had to call corporate to get something done. The building is also heavily infested with silverfish, which no one seems very interested in fixing.

Overall it is just not worth it for anyone that has to pay their own rent.

There is nothing wrong with Archstone. Was you even there when they was? Archstone is way better than the last management and they are beginning to improve things.

I agree this place is infested with silverfish yet the leasing office doesn't seem to know what 'silverfish' are. They told me to clear all my cabinets, so the pest control company could come and spray the place. Yeah, but that didn't help at all. This place will forever be infested with silverfish at this pace. And it's just ridiculous...the service you receive and the level of incompetence! Don't move here
