I just recently moved in to the Archstone Marine Terrace from Marina Pointe (although that is not a bad place either). The Terrace is a somewhat better comlex, however. The apartments are clean and updated, the staff is very nice, the grounds are clean, security is awake, building is newer, etc. The building resembles European architecture. The courtyards are really cozy, and the overall feel of this place is like living in little Europe. I really like it! The rent is a bit high, but so far I feel it is worth it. So far the tenants seem to be friendly and I am looking forward to getting to know them. Time will tell how noce this place is, but the first impression has been good.

Europe is smelly and Dirty..have you ever been there? This is not a good thing.

Hahaha...Flyingfinn works in the office there and used to live at Marina Pointe.

Europe is definitely not smelly and dirty :-) I am from Europe, and its definitely clean and not smelly there. Maybe you should go and explore a bit. And I definitely DO NOT work here as indicated by yourmamasmell. I just happen to think that this place is pretty nice overall, althought not perfect by any means.

I am moving to Los Angeles from Kansas City in June. I'm glad that this site exists. Man, the tenants at this place really seem to hate it here.
