When I first saw archstone I got a pang of doubt in my stomach. But the move-in specials and my time constraints kinda forced me into my decision.
BOY do I EVER regret moving here. The apartments are cheaply built and poorly maintained. The folks in the office are complete idiots.
The location is in the marina, yes, but in the deepest darkest part of the armpit of the marina. An apartment on the 6 lane Lincoln Blvd' Or overlooking a Shell Station' No THANK YOU.
Mine is only a 6 month lease. I tell my friends and co-workers not to repeat the mistake I made. BLINK!

I am curious about how is this location the deepest darkest part of the armpit of the marina? It is on the edge, yes, but a block from water and extremely accessible from all directions. This place is not perfect, for sure, and an apartment on the Lincoln side or over the gas station would not be my choice either. Fiji building is not that great anyway. After checking out a lot of places, I found this a pretty good choice overall.

I had the gas station apartment view also. I got to see a pimp fighting with 3 of his "ladies" one night. It was so exciting. Also, every Tuesday at 4am I was awoken by BEEP BEEP BEEP and then crash crash of the dumpster being emptied.
