I have lived here three months now and I do not have a single complaint. I have heard nothing from my neighbors and everyone I have met have been nice. The staff calls and checks on status of work orders, and seem to be on top of things for the most part. They are fixing a lot of things all the time which is nice, and everything works perfectly in the apartment. Parking is easy and well lighted, gym is adequate for a light workout, sauna is very nice, community room very spacious and open late, and the location is very convenient. I think that this is a very nice place, and would highly recommend to anyone. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I'm going to be new to LA and drove by Archstone Marina Terrace while scoping out places to relocate to. My question to you, RedRoc, is why your assessment is so different than the tenants whose opinions would warn me off Archstone altogether. Perhaps you could go down the list of their complaints? I would greatly appreciate it and will be keeping an eye on this thread. Thanks.
