The agent looked at me with this [scarry] sense of pride. Oh, yeah, Archstone is so popular that people have already secured a spot [signed a 1-year lease contract'] because they know that the units are going fast!

People- I am not a ba-hum-bug type of person...

Seriously, I am an educated professional -

I had a traumatic experience during the 30 minutes I spent at Archstone Marina del Rey (an experience that makes me ILL to see the name associated with any other locations accross the city...).

Something is fishy.

Pre-lease "not yet" approved by a larger power-that-be...

I did not pursue the issue any further because I was already terrorized by the Stepford Wife vampire charged with plowing through the premises as she promotes the place with all it promises...

Investigate.
