Luckily for me, I just moved out of this dump. The elevators and hallways always smell like dog poop and pee. On a number of occasions I have gone to use the elevator and had to leap over a pile of crap or a puddle of pee. Also, be careful when you're walking outside as there are landmines everywhere. Parking is terrible in the area, there is nowhere for guests to park. They have a huge barrier on Fiji Way like its a military bunker or something. To make matters worse, the staff that work here are very rude and unprofessional. Specifically, and "Accountant" named Phelicia is extremely rude and does not know the meaning of customer service. We pay your salary, so try being nicer to the residents when they have a question about billings. This place is very loud due to the hotel style setup where each apartment is boxed in and facing the other apartments.

LOL!!!!!!!!! SOOO True... Isn't that accountant SOOO ghetto? Oh my goodness, they hired her so the new low rent "tennants" would feel at home. She is the rudest, and nastiest... Not to mention the rest in the leasing office. That fat girl, seearaaa... what an idiot! Can't bother to get up and help anyone, just stares at you with that blank "I wish I were eating" look. So glad to be gone!
