This is a sad review because I've only been here a week. I recently moved here for work so I transfered from San Diego to L.A. This complex seemed nice but NO!

- No storage units
- One Parking space and second one is a high monthly fee
- Internet is what they give you, not your choice and its crap (claim its T1 but it's more like 70K)
- Noisy
- Price is outrages for such crap. Gym is old, pool is small, kids are loud and kitchen is crap.
- Tiny fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer

Don't move here, I have a disability so I figured they'd give me my second parking spot cheap since no one is using it but no. I had very fast internet service through SBC but now I have overpriced ($40/month) snail mail. People smoke on the balconies and I can smell so I have to back inside. Cable is on there fixed plan so it's either buy through them or get a dish. Location is good but not great. I like that it has shopping nearby but it's not something I care much for. Do no rent here unless you want to spend over $2100/month for a 1 bed/bath.

So regarding parking you assumed to get something for cheaper than what it is?? Sense of Entitlement much? I hope you move out..and I don't have to see you in the office anymore phuck face.

So you work in the office, I'll have to go down there and beat your ass. I enjoy when employees come on here and talk smack. That just means they know this is ----. Thanks for reading it though, your great.

I have to agree, the internet here is HORRIBLE, the on-site dry cleaner is overpriced and the outsourced parking management company is a joke.
