Looking for a new place to live as soon as my lease is up. Way too focused on herding new tenants through the door with "sign spinners" surrounding the building, an increased sales staff, decreased resident services support and a website that is completely focused on new tenants, so we can no longer pay rent online or complain about the internet going down every 12 hours. Keep looking, there are better places in Marina.

Glad to see that you changed your review. I am assuming that your original review was in response to the management's "free gift card and movie tickets" offer...what a mess this place is!
