This modern property offers spacious apartments, is right across the street from shopping, the post office, and restaurants, and is wonderfully close to the Marina and bike trails along the ocean.

I agree, the location is great, but there are much better places to live in Marina Del Rey. This building has the worst staff now that Alliance has taken over!
