I have had a great experience...I set out early on a Sunday morning to find a place, walked in to the Marina Terrace office and met with a terrific and most helpful staff and was shown a very nice unit with nice high ceilings and a nice view, it just felt very peaceful and comfortable. That was it! I have been here for a year and I am planning to stay for a long time. The staff has been wonderful, the buildings are kept nicely and it is so nice to be across the street from the shopping center. Marina Terrace is a very nice place to live.

I wish the staff would own up to their shill reviews. I can't imagine anyone with a real experience, not being paid to write this PR garbage actually saying much nice. Maybe harsh criticism with good things sprinkled around, but overall, if it's rated this high and sounds like it came out of the offices, it most certainly did.
