Ideally located in Marina del Rey, Marina Terrace is perhaps the most affordable of all the luxury properties in the area. The building and the abundant amenities are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The walls are perhaps a bit too thin, but I guess you have that with apartments sometimes. The building ownership changed hands midway through the eleven months I've lived here and I was concerned about the new ownership, but the level of service has not faltered. Ownership has proven themselves to be a big corporation with a kind heart, which is rare.

It was ripped, still beating, from a tenant's unsuspecting body and sold on the black market to prop up the hedge fund that this property is nothing but a part of. Poor staff. Having to write this stuff and like children, getting pwned by the tubez who know their number. n00bs.
