I will just sum up the negatives...

SECURITY
None. They now have this on site guard that sleeps all night in the apartment entrance. No cameras anywhere!

VANDALISM
- Two brand new motorcycles stolen ($22,000 damages)
- Car broken into and radio stolen - see my pic posted ($6,800 damages)

CHARGES
A 3rd party parking enforcement agency comes in at 2AM and writes tickets and/or puts boots on your car if you park upstairs in the guest parking area... UNLESS you call their 800 number and give the car details.

- 1st offense: warning
- 2nd offense: $25 ticket
- 3rd offense: $250 ticket boot on wheels so you can't move your car. Also, they show up on THEIR time to remove the boot

Why don't they spend the money for this parking enforcement agency on some real security systems instead of trying to make a dime off guests'''

CONCLUSION
You may ask why I don't leave' Well, I tried after all the vandalism, but they said that is no reason to break the lease contract.

I believe all the theft happens from people that live in the building, or their friends. There has been a TON of theft in this building in the year I have lived here... and the funny part is the management denies it or acts dumb.

Don't live here... if you are care about your property.

Hmm.. after multiple negative postings over a long period of time, there are now 6 consecutive very positive reviews in just about two weeks' time. Question to the management of this complex, who are obviously wasting time on this board when they should be working: just how stupid do you think people are?

I agree...something is fishy with all of these positive posts!!! Quiet!?!?! No apartment complex on Lincoln Blvd can be called quiet. Not unless your apartment is in the very back of the building. Then there was the dog barking in the dog walk at 11:00 pm last night. The fellow tennants I talk to are far less complimentary that the last several posts on here.

Agreed. These posts are from the management (directly and indirectly). They started bribing residents with movie passes and gift cards to post positive reviews on this site. Do your jobs instead of hanging out in your apartments all day and catering to new residents! (the sign spinners surrounding the property are really tacky, BTW)

I am sorry for your property losses, but I do have to ask... Did the building's management PROMISE you something they didn't deliver? Cameras in the parking areas? Free parking in the guest area for YOUR vehicles? Monitoring of the parking areas? Insurance of your personal property? I know a condo building wih 24/7 security, and guess what? It costs over $1000/mo in addition to mortgage. Let me know if you need their phone number. (You did have auto insurance, I hope?)
